Leah was born in Hawaii.
Ted was born in North Carolina.
God brought us together on the island of Oahu in the year 1986.
After 6 years of friendship, we officially began dating in 1992
On July 16, 1994 we God joined us to be husband & wife!
Our friendship continues as bestest friends! :-)
In July 2009, we celebrated 15 years of wonderful marriage!
In July 2001 God moved us and Billings from Kamuela, Hawaii
Leah is minister of music there.
On June 3rd, 2004 our son & gift from God THADDEUS was born.
